Vinyasa Flow Yoga harmonizes breath and movement in a dynamic practice that links conscious breath with a mindful flow of poses. BENEFITS: Breath Awareness: Begin with grounding breathwork to center your mind and body. Dynamic Flow: Move through a series of postures in a continuous, rhythmic sequence. Each movement is synchronized with your breath, creating a seamless flow that energizes and detoxifies. Strength and Flexibility: Build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance balance as you flow through sun salutations, standing postures, and seated stretches. Mindfulness: Cultivate a meditative focus and inner calm as you connect with each breath and movement. Relaxation: We cool down with soothing stretches and relaxation to leave you feeling refreshed and balanced. This class is suitable for all levels, whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner. Variations will be offered to ensure a safe and enjoyable practice for everyone. Please arrive to class 5-10 minutes early to get settled in on your mat so we can begin on time. What to bring: • Yoga Mat • Water
